Geeta Sidhu-Robb is a CEO Growth Advisor and founder of Seven Rungs, the structured growth programme for women building companies without venture capital. She created and hosts The Bootstrappers’ Breakfasts™, the UK’s first national platform for female founders reaching their first £1M on their own cashflow. She built her own first company, Nosh Detox, without outside capital. She advised Sam Smith, founder of finnCap, which she grew from £1m turnover a year to £1m a week and listed on the LSE in 2018, and Mia Drennan, who founded GLAS Agencies with £6,000 and closed a partial exit at around $1.8B in January 2026, thirteen months after becoming a client.

Founder, Cultural Agility Consulting
Dr Joy L. Wiggins began her career as a professor at the University of Texas Arlington and Western Washington University, then moved into the corporate world as Global DEI Content and Research Lead at Jones Lang LaSalle.
She now runs Cultural Agility Consulting, working with Fortune 500 companies including Siemens Energy on collaboration across cultural and global lines during mergers, expansions and organisational change. She created the Cultural Agility Change Model™ and wrote From Sabotage to Support: A New Vision for Feminist Solidarity in the Workplace.
She has called Lisbon home for the past two years, and is our Lisbon local host.

Jo Cox-Brown
Founder & CEO, Night Time Economy Solutions
Jo Cox-Brown founded her first business, Wild in the Pines, at sixteen — the festival was later acquired by Center Parcs. She built brands for Microsoft, Unilever and Mars, then founded the Malt Cross Music Hall Trust, later acquired by the YMCA.
In 2016 she founded Night Time Economy Solutions, now an international consultancy of 36 people working with more than 6,000 businesses across four continents and 60-plus towns and cities — over 40 night-time economy strategies written and more than £80m in investment secured.
She advises the Irish Government, is a UK High Streets Task Force expert and a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management.
