Geeta Sidhu-Robb is a CEO Growth Advisor and founder of Bootstrappers’ Business Academy, the structured growth programme for women building companies without venture capital. She created and hosts The Bootstrappers’ Breakfasts™, the UK’s first national platform for female founders reaching their first £1M on their own cashflow. She built her own first company, Nosh Detox, without outside capital. Her coaching clients include Sam Smith, the founder who grew finnCap from £1m turnover a year to £1m a week and listed it on the LSE in 2018, and Mia Drennan, who founded GLAS Agencies with £6,000 and closed a partial exit at around $1.8B in January 2026, thirteen months into working with Geeta. She founded the WCorp certification, holds five Entrepreneur and Businesswoman of the Year awards, and spoke at TEDxBerlin on how healthcare systems fail Black and brown mothers.

Darina Garland

Founder, Ooni · Board Advisor

Darina is a founder of Ooni, the trailblazing product business best known for the creation of the modern home pizza oven — and, more recently, for launching into a new core category with spiral mixers that bring bakery-quality bread and pizza dough within anyone’s reach. Founded with Kristian Tapaninaho in 2012, Ooni counts Barack Obama, Beyoncé and the late, great Dolly Parton among its fans. Headquartered in Scotland, the company now has offices across the USA, Australia, Germany, China and Sweden, with a team and community spanning the globe.

Darina grew up in Edinburgh and has always believed in the power of people and community to drive change. After stepping down as Co-CEO last year, she now channels that belief into her role as an active founder, focused on the board, brand, purpose and community.

Connecting people to enable change is the thread running through Darina’s career. Her first venture, Suklaa, set out to transform global education through innovation and creativity — and creativity, at its core, is problem-solving. Ooni began the same way: as a problem worth solving, namely, how to make truly great pizza at home.

Drawing on her experience building a global business from the ground up, Darina is a committed champion of other entrepreneurs, helping leaders make the most of the support and foundations available to them. Ooni has won numerous awards for product design and business growth, but Darina is proudest of the company’s world-class employee Net Promoter Score, its highly engaged team, and its strong, values-led culture.

Darina was recently appointed to the Scottish Government’s National Council for Economic Growth, chaired by First Minister John Swinney, and sits on the advisory board for Pathways, an initiative dedicated to breaking down barriers for women in entrepreneurship.
