2 live sessions per month. Session 1: Founder Q&A with Geeta — open coaching on what has come up since the last Focus Month. Session 2: Hot seats and case study with the preceding Focus Month coach.

Yes. The 7 Rungs is explicitly designed for the full growth journey from first revenue to £2M+. The Focus Month content is mapped to the specific challenges that appear at each rung, and the coaching in every session is calibrated to where you actually are. Women at Rung 4–5 will work on authority positioning, structural independence, and margin engineering — not the same material as someone at Rung 1–2.
The live sessions total roughly 3–4 hours per month. Implementation between sessions is yours to calibrate — Focus Month tasks are designed to take 20–30 minutes per day, but the programme is built around the reality that you are running a business while doing it. The rhythm is designed to be sustainable, not additive.
Yes. The 6-month membership is renewable at the same rate and can be converted to a 12-month membership at any renewal point. The 6-month entry is designed for women who want to experience the programme before committing to the full year — not as a lesser version of it.
