In the first ten minutes of the first class you will find out what percentage of companies in your country turn over what you turn over. Most women guess they are somewhere in the middle. Almost none of them are. That is where we start, because you cannot build a plan on a picture of yourself that is wrong.
Over the fortnight we do four things. We find the number you are actually building to. We measure the behaviour pattern compressing it — not with a personality quiz, with a scored instrument built with LSE Generate and Cranfield. We find the one constraint doing the most damage. And we build the plan backwards from your number to this month.
You will not have moved through the wall by day fourteen. You will know exactly what the wall is, in writing, with your name on it. Everything that follows depends on that.
